had to take a moment and comment on a few things about “24 Redemption” that aired on Sunday night. First let me get the product placement ads out of the way. I thought it was very interesting that Hyundai is the major car in the upcoming series as Ford Motor Company had been the mainstay for all the seasons up until now. I would also point out that this show has done one of the best of getting those product placements in the show and they blend in nicely with the overall theme.

Now onto Jack and what lies ahead. The “Redemption” episode was a great lead into the series start in January. I did not realize that this was just a mini- episode and that it was not actually the beginning of the new series. The series promises to be cutting edge in it’s premise and never rely on the same on old story line. I did wonder when the writers were putting this together late last year that they maybe thought that Hiliary would have been President. Of course they did have President Palmer who was an African American in of the first series. By the way love him in “The Unit” as Snake Doc. So take a look at the starting episode just in case you misssed it so that when January roles around you will be ready to enjoy another action packed season with all sorts of surprises.
