This summer we will be helping some friends move from one state to another thanks to a relocation they were offered. Since they were going to be moving themselves they needed moving boxes and moving blankets to help protect their valuables. As they planned and packed for the trip one thing that they were not ready for was the change in housing markets from where they currently live to where they were moving. The state income tax was something that would be a change. Aside from the housing market moving their home was going to be the easy part. Gathering a few friends and renting a truck was going to be a weekend adventure where even the kids could get involved. So plan your move carefully and make sure you do your research on the new state and area where you are moving and give your friends plenty of time to plan for the move weekend.
