Getting help with your mortgage with the American Residential Law Group

With all the different programs that are available from both commercial lenders and the government it can be overwhelming to decide where to turn for solid advice. There was a brief articles written about the American Residential Law Group that gives some high level points on a site they have  created that is updated information on their blog from professionals on various loan modification programs and what you can do to protect your current mortgage. There have been several new laws that took place January 1 to help protect consumers from predatory lending practices and having a free resource to review is a nice addition in this ever changing game of finance. So if you are facing some challenges with your current home mortgage and your lender is not willing to work with you then consult with a residential attorney because they are more than likely to be up on the latest laws that are in place to protect you the consumer.
