We recently stumbled upon DNXpert.com and found that they are offering up a contest that contains up to $4800 in cash and prizes and we thought we would join in to see how this pans out. There are two of the prizes that we would love to win the first being the $500 PayPal and the second being the 10 LLLL.com names from Domainmagnate.com. We have been dabbling in site acquistion and promotion over the last few years and have started having some great success in acquiring domains and then shaping into a market niche and selling them off. So this is why the $500 would be nice to add to our funds to go out and aggressively pursue some of the top level domains that become available.

Small business will help this economy

I have heard the same theory over the past few weeks that Entrepreneurship will be the key to helping this economy getting back on its feet. The thought is that small business will help to create jobs and growth in the private sector thus creating the forward momentum that we need. Here’s are some ideas that we came across to help you get your blog noticed by the Search engines:

  1. if you get your site’s link in the path of the search engine spider or robot of your choice, in this case Googlebot, if may follow it.
  2. the way to get it to follow the link is to make sure it can “see” your link
  3. if your content fills a need that the search engine’s database of links has, it will include your link, and,
  4. if your link fills a deficit better than any other site, in accordance with Google’s secret formula or algorithm, it will rank your page well.
  5. Keep your blog content fresh on your blogs

So now, the only missing component necessary to our success is now finding out how to be the best site Google finds for a category that has a deficit.
One of the strengths of Google, as perceived by people who like it, is the vast amount of fresh content it contains that is relevant to almost any topic, or keyword, typed into it, no matter how narrow or broad.
