I was wondering if one company was truly better than the other one. I do know good customer service is hard to find these days. Dish Network has horrible customer service. They have no idea and how to give the customers what they need. Dish Network really needs to put more money in their training and customer support. I’m not sure how many people they have lost, due to poor customer service. I haven’t heard anything on DirectTV, but would have to give them the edge on customer service.
